Shipping Policy — Precioso


We want your order to arrive safely and on time.


Processing time


All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


Shipping & delivery


We ship nationwide across Mexico using trusted courier services. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.


Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high shipping volumes, weather conditions, or courier service interruptions.


Shipment insurance


We offer optional shipment insurance at checkout. We strongly recommend purchasing it for peace of mind. Insurance covers lost packages due to carrier error only — it does not cover stolen packages after delivery.


Shipping issues

  • Courier errors We are not responsible for delays, lost, or misdelivered packages caused by courier errors. However, we will gladly assist in filing a claim with the courier to help resolve the issue. If you purchased shipment insurance and your package is confirmed lost due to carrier error, we will offer a replacement or refund.

  • Wrong address provided by customer Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Once a package has shipped, we cannot make address changes or issue refunds for incorrect addresses.

  • Damaged orders All orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. If your order arrives damaged due to postal handling, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work with the courier to file a claim and assist you with a replacement or refund where applicable.

  • PO box issues Some couriers do not deliver to PO boxes. If you provide a PO box as your shipping address and the courier is unable to deliver, we will contact you for an alternative address. This may result in delivery delays.

  • Stolen packages Once tracking shows a package as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend providing a secure delivery location. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please check with neighbors or your local courier office. We will do our best to assist, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed for stolen packages. Please note that shipment insurance does not cover theft.
